Website V2.0
After months of promises, betrayals, in-fighting, drinking disguised as "meetings" and general pissing about the second generation Slide Pheromone website is now open to the public.
There are some new features - you can now post replies to messages in the forum, and by registering you can put in a URL against your post so other folks can find you. We've added video and photos to the site, and split the MP3s downloads into new, remix and archive sections.
The inane band rantings on the old site have now congealed into a kind of online diary...not that you should expect it to make any more sense in its new form.
Hopefully we've learned some lessons as well. After all, we've taken the time to replace all that tiny unreadable vertical text with tiny unreadable horizontal text throughout. :-)
Four (On Da Floor)
We love getting pressies through the post. Imagine our delight when a CD turns up from former band member containing an utterly stomping technoid dance remix of Static.
To hear Oli F's "Statick [Remixt]" head over to the remixes page. We'll also keep you up to date on when his next releases are appearing too. Assuming he tells us, that is.
There's more on the way so keep checking back. If anyone out there is interested in remixing a Slide Pheromone tune and have it appear on the site, drop us a line a info@slidepheromone.com and we'll go from there.
New MP3 - "Blind"
To mark the launch of the new site we're posting our first new MP3 for many a month. The track in question is entitled "Blind" and was recorded over the cold winter months.
We've also slightly updated the track "Deja Vu" that appeared on the old website. We tidied some things up, put some new backing vocals on and did a new mix.
To download MP3s of both these tunes head over to the music pages, have a listen and let us know what you think on the forum.
Video Nasty

For the first time in the history of the Slide Pheromone website we're pleased to present some video for your delictation.
In this case its taken from the live recording of the track "Liquidhead" from our gig at the Bull & Gate in July of 2002. The sound quality isn't great - we confused the engineer by not plugging in the bass until halfway through the first song - but it'll give you a taster of a tune that is due up on the site some point later this year.
Head over to the video section to have look!
(While this was taken from our own video copy you can see the whole set over at http://www.onlinetvuk.com/)
